Acceptable Use Policy

1. Honest identities, records, and listings

You may not:

• impersonate another person, seller, ranch, company, registry, or administrator;
• misrepresent ownership, authority, identity, registration, pedigree, genetics, EPDs, health, fertility, condition, availability, location, price, photos, or transaction terms;
• hide a material defect, restriction, lien, breeding-right limitation, storage obligation, or movement requirement;
• submit duplicate, bait-and-switch, fraudulent, stolen, unavailable, or unlawfully offered property; or
• manipulate reviews, contacts, favorites, analytics, listing rank, or platform records.

2. Animal welfare and lawful commerce

Do not use the service to facilitate animal cruelty, neglect, unsafe transport, unlawful slaughter, disease concealment, quarantine evasion, prohibited genetic material, or a transaction that violates animal-health, identification, veterinary, registry, export, import, tax, sanctions, or other applicable requirements. Users—not LivestockLogix—must obtain required tests, certificates, permits, inspections, and professional advice.

3. Respectful communications and privacy

You may not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, defame, discriminate against, or intimidate another person;
• send spam, repeated unwanted solicitations, deceptive messages, or malicious links;
• publish another person's private contact, account, financial, health, or location information without lawful authority;
• use buyer or seller contact details outside the legitimate listing discussion for which they were shared; or
• solicit credentials, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through unsafe channels.

4. Content and intellectual-property rights

Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, registry, database, or trade-secret rights. Do not remove ownership notices, watermarks, or provenance information. Honest consumer opinions and legally protected reports are not prohibited merely because they are negative.

5. Platform, data, and security misuse

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk copy, mirror, republish, or systematically extract platform data without written permission;
• build or train a competing database, search tool, model, marketplace, or commercial product from platform data;
• bypass rate limits, clipboard controls, authentication, permissions, robots rules, or other technical measures;
• probe or exploit vulnerabilities, access another user's account or data, or interfere with service availability;
• upload malware, harmful code, corrupted files, or content designed to evade review;
• use unauthorized automation, bots, credential sharing, or multiple accounts to defeat limits or moderation; or
• reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent a law expressly prevents that restriction.

6. Enforcement and reporting

LivestockLogix may preserve evidence, investigate, rate-limit, unpublish, remove, restrict, suspend, or report activity as described in the Terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access. Where appropriate, accounts of repeat copyright infringers will be terminated. Good-faith reports may be submitted through Help & Support. Include the listing, account, message, and evidence needed to evaluate the report. You may use the same channel to appeal a moderation decision.
