Our approach
We work to use semantic headings, descriptive labels, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives, readable contrast, zoomable layouts, and error messages that do not rely on color alone. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as helpful technical guidance while continuing to test and improve the service. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party item currently conforms to a particular standard.
Known limitations
User-uploaded photos, seller descriptions, third-party links, registry data, older documents, and complex cattle tables may not always include complete accessibility information. Wide data tables can require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We prioritize issues that block account, search, listing, messaging, billing, or support tasks.
Request help or report a barrier
If a feature is difficult to use, submit an accessibility case through Help & Support. Include the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords or payment-card information. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide the information or task through an accessible alternative while a correction is evaluated.
